Leadership Certification Program
The Leadership Certification is a 12-week cohort-based experience that forms women into emotionally healthy leaders.
Built on the principles of emotionally healthy leadership, the program guides participants through intentional formation, helping them confront their shadow, slow down for loving union, define success the kingdom way, and develop the maturity required to lead well.
Participants will explore how emotional health, spiritual formation, and leadership are deeply connected.
The Leadership Certification is open to any woman seeking structured development and is required for all individuals pursuing leadership or volunteer roles within TGHO.

Cohort begins 8/28 and enrollment deadlines is July 31st. Space is limited to preserve the depth and quality of the formation experience. If you are applying to lead in TGHO leadership applications closes on 8/1.

The Office of the Founder provides overall vision, direction, and institutional oversight for TGHO University. While the Director of Training & Development is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of all
TGHO University day-to-day operations, programs and training experiences.
